Shot 2 is about as clear as day MD, that the knee is making contact and the hand is down. The way i understand the rules ( just went over them again) even if the knee is attempted and misses it should be called a knee to a grounded opponents head . Shot 1 CLEARLY making contact to Mieshas head granted just the hair but I would guess this is considered part of the head, the intent is there and it is an illegal shot and contact already being made. Shot 2 and 3 we have contract being made already and a hand still on the ground. Would be something if I was the only one saying it, but many others are guys. Don't shoot the messenger because you are all big Zingano fans.

Hm not sure about that man, ref displayed some really bad judgement in this fight a couple times. In real time tough to tell, I think once you slow it down pretty clear knee is landing when a fingertip is till touching the mat. We all know Winslow has always been very suspect, this one really still is up for debate. As stated I backed Zingano so it worked out for me, just reviewing the fight and I'm willing to call a spade a spade.

My favorite part of that presser was the square off between Zingano and Rousey at the end. It looked like Zingano broke Rousey mentally just by staring at her for a few seconds, and Rousey did not know what to do but laugh.

As soon as they turned around to face the press, Zingano had this massive shit eating grin on her face, like she knew she was capable of breaking Rousey down.

This is up there with GSP/Hendricks and Silva/Weidman as my most anticipated fight of the year.

I have to give rousey credit so far in mma she has hit her peak right on time and in the first round. Because in judo she had some very flat performances.

I'm not saying Zingano is a lock here. But given what the odds will be huge value will be on Zingano if this goes past those first 5 minutes. Zingano is a grinder and gets stronger and stronger. She would be a absolute silver back gorilla in the 5th round.

Maybe. Need to watch more fight footage first. If Tate can get Zingano down with little resistance, I expect Rousey to do the same. Zingano has a great clinch game, it's her strongest tool, but she's outmatched in that department by Rousey. Cat was crying in the first round for gods sakes and had a nasty guillotine locked up 90 seconds into the fight. Rousey should be -150.
