2.00 payback is the same thing as +100 which is the same as even. You play $100 to win $100.

2.00 is even as you will be getting back 1$ for every 1$ you wager.

Besides Halladay they will play David Herndon and Raul Valders and maybe others if Doc does not go 5 or 6 innings. The Phils did use 7 relievers yesterday.

After only 2 innings, its would probably be a "no-action" game since it needs to play 4.5 with the home team up to get called.

Storm doesn't look to big on radar, so hopefully we can still get this one boys!
