I've noticed the Nationals are playing some pretty good baseball lately.

Nats +185: Nats are 7-0 in their L7. They're now scoring runs like rain. The Phillies' bullpen has crashed back to earth. Padres +178: Padres are 5-2 in their last 7 vs. National League West. Dodgers are 1-4 in their last 5 during game 2 of a series. Mariners +152: The most unreliable thing in the Universe is the Texas bullpen. Expect a repeat of yesterday's result in Arlington. Mariners are 4-0 in their last 4 road games. Mariners are 5-0 in their last 5 Tuesday games with DeMuth behind home plate. A's +146: Athletics are 7-0 in their last 7 during game 1 of a series. Athletics are 28-6 in the last 34 meetings in Kansas City.

Hammels won't pitch CG. Plus the Phillies bats could go quiet, which will nullify the Hammels edge.

that may be possible, but we need more than 2 games to determine it

Probably Mariners, as we all know how great the Rangers are pitching this season

It's hard to see the Orioles winning tonight but you never know.
Red Sox are 6-1 in Lesters last 7 starts vs. Orioles. Home team is 5-0 in Joyces last 5 games behind home plate.
A case for the Orioles:
* Orioles are 4-1 in Liz's last 5 road starts vs. a team with a winning record.
* Orioles are 6-2 in Liz's last 8 starts when their opponent scores 5 runs or more in their previous game.

Nats go on a winning streak and now everyone is jumping them when facing Hamel? Hamel has completely owned this team. I mean Nationals have plated 2 runs in the last 5 games against Hamels. I don't care how hot this team is coming into this game, Phillies need to win to stay close in the division race and the Phillies have batted .300 against lefties in the last 10 games. I will put my money on Hamels to throw yet another gem against the Nats as this team is due to get stomped.

On a serious note, it's hard to imagine the Mariners not repeating what they did yesterday. I should also add that Rangers are 0-5 in McCarthy's last 5 starts.
