If you don't expect to win then why did you bet it?

Maybe, cause it looks enticing. Sh!t the other day I cashed in on a 2 team $20 parlay with Pittsburgh +200 and Nationals +290 -1.5. it paid out $180.00 for a $200 totals on a 2 team parlay. I might put this in a little parlay of mines as well...

I like the play but your losing value. Pinny is giving +450 on this line, 5dimes is giving +415, no matter what happens this is a bad bet

Why is Sabathia shit? 5-0 1.88 ERA with the Brewers? Nationals hit Francis and Jiminez yesterday and thats no reason to get excited about the Nationals today against CC...

They be lucky to score 2 runs off CC Sab. Mil wins this game easily in a blow-out. I know the Nats are starting to click, but seriously we're talking about the hottest pitcher in baseball that will get plenty of run support tonight from one of the hottest offenses that always puts up numbers. Playing the Nats here would be foolish.

Now hold on guys... Technically the Nats are getting value on this line. Taking them ML against +280 or better is the smart play, but its a no play for me...

Im just saying Was -1.5 +400 is a bad bet because you could get +415 or +450 at other books.

CC is historically not a good pitcher in August and with the Nats on a roll with the young guys(who have a little swagger) they could pull this off

Where is the "value" if they fail to win? CC will likely pitch whole game and the Brewers are capable of 4 runs here. Playing the Nats here is a waste of money.

I agree, complete waste of money here. There are so many reasons why the nats are losing this game. Facing one of the greatest pitchers in the game, playing a far superior team both offensive and defensive, playing away after playing a double header away the day before, no pitching contest, and the brew crew have something to play for. What more do you want?

The Nats are on fire lately, plus CC has never played the Nats.

It doesnt matter how you analyze this game... Anything over -250 is usually not a good play
