Capwizards FREE PLAY - SUN, July 13
I think that most of the folks here know how the Cubs -1.5 went for us yesterday - bad break to say the least. Still am a +3 Margin on the week. Here is today's play:

TODAY'S FREE PLAY: 7/13/08 - ARZ vs PHI UNDER 7.5
If Webb is his normal self today, this line is a gift. Hamels and Webb meet today in a matchup of two of the better pitchers in the NL. Webb is 13-4 on the season with a 3.41 ERA. He has had his struggles this season, but the under has still been a solid play when he takes the mound The under is 8-1 in his last nine starts as a road dog. On the other side, Hamels is 2-1 in his last 3 starts with an ERA of 2.78. The under is 5-2 in Hamels last 7 starts. ARZ is only hitting .202 vs lefties in their last 10 games. I like this great pitching matchup today to stay low.

    ONE 5 STAR PLAYS TODAY
    MIN vs DET *****
    Good Luck!

Hmm, I don't know man. I think you should do 1st 5 innings under. I was gonna do the first 5 innings under but they have it at 4 and I wouldn't bite for the 4. Under 5 I would jump on it. I believe the game will go over 7.5 in the last innings. I wouldn't bank on the unders tonite. Both teams know each other and may struggle hitting at 1st but I think they will get it together towards the later innings and push towards the over...

My capping came out different, but I appreciate the opinion. GL.

Yup, the 1st 5 innings under would have cashed. Thats' why I like to do unders in the 1st 5 innings especially if the teams have a history of weak bullpens/closers.. Some teams like these 2 start off slow and the unders in the first 5 is better in these situations..

You understand both can cash I assume?......You do not need to do one or the other. 1-0 on the day with the Det W.....We'll see if this game continues to stay low......

Well...I don't lose games except in the Bottom 8th or 9th.......so in this case yourplay would have worked better.....1-1 on the day...+3 Margin on the week....Just posted the wrong game here, as Det came in for the W.......

That's what I've come to realize. If I feel a game is going under I will most likely do the 1st five innings especially if 1 or both teams have a history of bad bullpens/closers. In the case of Arizona vs Philly game today. My point was proven correct. Also, I played the unders for Houston vs Washington. The whole game for under 8.5. Reason for that is because Houston usually scores most of their runs in the beginning of games so I didn't run the 1st 5 on that game. Both teams usually wind down at the end, which I'm proven correct here again... 5-0 in the top of the 8th. I doubt more than 1 run will be scored here. If any runs, it will be created by Houstons' bullpen closers. Let's see...
