With you on LAD, COL, Texas, and FLA. But I also played DET.

I thought for certain you'd be on DET. CLEV really poor against left-handed starters and Laffey's splits are pretty weak for when he is on the road. Moroever, KR has been pitching better his last few outings. I know DET is a money burning team but CLEV is almost as underachieving as they are.

I looked at ATL too but does not the line seem a bit low? Philly has the better offense and bullpen?

I like KC too, but won't pull the trigger especially after that debacle on Thursday. Andy Pettite is very tough off a NYY loss so I like him to pitch well today.

Im leaning on the Cubs today (Lowe got a 7.31 ERA in 16 IP in day games vs Zambrano's 2.62 ERA in 24 IP), but the pitching matchup is to close for me... But I love the U7.5 with Lowe and Zambrano on the mound. Zambrano onlo gave up 1 ER in 8.0 IP last time vs the Dodgers, while Lowe got a shutout in 7.0 IP last time vs the Cubs. Zambrano's L3: 2.70 ERA, 1.30 WHIP, 20.0 IP, 2 ER in 7 IP(Pirates), 1 ER in 8 IP(Dodgers) and 3 ER in 5 IP(Padres) in his last start.
              Lowe's L3: 1.23 ERA, 0.86 WHIP, 22.0 IP, 2 ER in 7 IP(Cardinals), shutout in 7 IP(@Cubs) and 1 ER in 8 IP(Rockies) in his last start.
              Results this season:
              3-1 Cubs U
              3-1 Cubs U
              2-1 Cubs U
              4-5 Cubs O
              3-0 Dodgers U
              O/U L8 in LA:
              2006:1-2
              2007:1-2
              2008:1-1

              O/U pitchers vs team:
              Lowe:3-4, L3:1-2
              Zambrano:2-5, L3:1-2

Nice to be on one of these walk off winners for a change. Made a nice 4-3 day become a great 5-2 day. After Thursday's 1-9 day this just what I needed!

                      Check is in the mail.

Braves wasted a great outing from Reyes. Left him in too long because the pen's in rough shape, but he pitched very well. Actually should have been done after 6 -- amazing that Bobby Cox let Reyes hit in the 6th with the bases loaded and 2 down in a tie game.

Great ending to the Fish game, but was pretty unbelievable how they blew that 4-0 lead, thanks to back-to-back errors with 2 outs in the 6th led to 4 unearned runs. Olsen pitched a gem and deserved better.

These Yanks 9th inning comebacks are getting really old.

Lost 14 cents on the day.

Geez, nice managing Bobby Cox. Games clearly passed him by.

I just got home about 30 minutes or so and looked over the scores so I didn't really see how any of the games developed tonight. I saw LAD and DET games today and was happy with that...but what happened in Texas? Did we have a chance there....kind of disappointed as I thought TX was a strong play.

Sorry about KC....i was keeping up on the FOX ticker and I sort of knew when KC got that 11-10 lead that KC was going to **** it up. A few years ago they blew like a 5 run lead against the Yankees in the bottom of the 9th. That would have been real difficult to swallow.
