Your system works. But its nothing new. I used similar ways to get my picks during my pre-handicapping days. You will make money if you have good money management skills. Since you have the discipline to keep up this thread and system, you should be just fine. Good Luck

care to elaborate more? Until I can figure out how to successfully cap games myself I'll just tail those that seem to win. In the end all I'm here for is to make money. What ways did you use before you handicapped games?

Well, basicly what I did was draw picks from a dozen or so forums and various free pick services. After gathering about a hundred or so picks, I would make my own consenses. Eliminate the rivalry and exhibition games and bet only the average ho-hum games.Then eventualy I learned to make my own picks. My guess is this is what most people do when they start out. But I think the difference was that I shopped for lines,made 1 unit bets, and would only make the bet if the play had value. This is what we all (or should be) doing anyway but its hard for many to do when you're starting out. Dont have the numbers anymore from that time but I do remember increasing my bankroll steadily with this system. Reading this post reminds me of that time so it caught my interest. But again, without good money management your system or win % is useless. You will go broke without one but I do wish you the best of luck. I'll be pulling for you...
