Or maybe they aren't even in that spot if they didn't get lucky in the bottom of the 8th against K-Rod with a 2 out bases clearing double down 2-0? Jesus people only see their luck from the side they bet on

That's a good point.

Atlanta had second and third with nobody out in the 7th against Colorado and did not score.

Atlanta also had two on in the 8th and couldn't get a two out hit.

Colorado got lucky in the bottom of the 9th after having no one on base with two outs. Atlanta made and error, walked a batter, and gave up a base hit with all with two outs.
