I am from Texas and I know and have seen Brendon McCarthy pitch, he is not good, plus Texas knows him inside out, but Oakland is beast during the day games against Texas. A toss up game for me.

I'm a big ChiSox fan and can't believe how this season has started...every night this week, at home against the Os, I've agreed with GG and feel that they are value. The odds are decent on a home team, especially with the pitchers they throw out there every night - Danks, Floyd etc...and yet they just don't hit, and guys like Thornton who were lights out last year are struggling mightily right now...I'm not sure where they go from here!

A good start would be to sort Alex Rios out; played well at the backend of last season but is batting about .150 atm! Last night he went 0-5 and left 8 on base!
