I kind of hope the Mets win Game 1 so that I can take the Rockies and De La Rosa for a good price in Game 2. Currently sitting at -110, which is a tasty number for a better team and a better pitcher. Also trying to figure out why the total has dropped from 8 to 7.5 -- looks like an easy over.

NC ... i definitely think the rocks are the play for game 2 especially if the mets take game 1 but why is the line so low .. cappy is trash and de la rosa can be dominant at some points?

Rox take Game 1, so no play for Game 2. Playing the percentages and sheer desperation factor, the Mets should win.

Tonight's plays:

StL -102 (3U) -- hot pitcher, hot bats, ride the wave and see where it gets me.
SD +101 (2U) -- though I'm a little leery of this line; why did they open +110?
OAK -149 (2U) -- don't like Gio's track record vs. Detroit, though.
PIT +101 (1U) -- toss-up game goes to struggling home team. Love fading Wolf as well. He's given up 18 runs in his last 12 IP at Pittsburgh, and 12 runs in 10 IP so far this season.
FLA +128 (1U) -- Nolasco > Beachy, at least at this price.
WASH +144 (1U) -- Lee is scuffling, and Zimmermann's an up-and-comer. Worth a shot, even though the law of averages are probably working against me here.

Just hope that Garcia goes deoth like the previous starts or that the Cards have a big lead when handing it over to the BP because its nothing you want to hold in the hand in a tight late game.

Strictly line movement play. Pinny's sitting at 8 and juicing the over takers. Under makes no sense here on the surface, so I'm guessing it will hit. There is a small justification for it -- neither teams have hit lefties particularly well.
