Ok I must be crazy. I am seeing quite a bit of value on Washington today at +175. Am I missing something? Is there anyone out there willing to lay the -190 currently on the Braves? Minor has not been all that good so far and they are not letting him go deep into games. Meanwhile, Lannan has been pitching well for the Nationals.

That is an extremely CHEAP runline considering the game is a toss up..and if anything, braves might pull the win but i feel its by a small margin...

1) Nationals are 4-0 in Lannan's L4 starts as an underdog!!!
2) Minor has an ERA of 10.00 in his L2 starts.
3) Over is 5-0 in Nationals last 5 road games vs. a left-handed starter, which means they're hitting well vs. LH pitchers.

Nats ML or pass. If I were to bet on this game, I'd do Nats RRL and OVER 8.5.

Everything seems to point to the NATS.... but I think the Bravos pull off the win. They should play with a sense of urgency since the Phillies won last night and SF are a game behind them in the Wild Card.

no way i would chase ATL in this spot with a mediocre, or irregular pitcher..solid pitching, okay, but jsut because, no way...

there are legitimate reasons why to take the WSH side here...yes, it is WSH, but this is baseball. any team can win any game...and they have an edge, a definite one...add to that EXCELLENT VALUE and i think its a good wager..

i feel this ends something like ATL 4-3...something close like that...im being conservative in saying so...i actually feel NATS take this, but if not, its a one run game

I like this play. Atl is only hitting .226 against the Nats this season & today they're missing McCann & Lee. Recently Lannan has quietly putting up good outings. The Braves are being overpriced here.
