    SF -107 on Wednesday
All over it. Cain isn't exactly stellar on the road and the Giants aren't exactly an offensive juggernaut, but they'll both do enough to get the job done vs. Blanton and Philly IMHO.

Early line movement's just an added bonus. Even with Cain's horrific track record on the road against +.500 teams, I still like SF in this spot.

I hope you're right. On paper it looks great. SF isn't playing very good baseball right now and Cain hasn't been efficient his last few outings. The over might be worth a look. Something is wrong with Juan Uribe at the plate...he just can't turn on fastballs right now. I saw it when I went to the last 5 games in SF and I watched it against PHI today and it looked even worse. That's a bat they need right now.

Probably because he's like 55 years old.

Ha, probably. You should see the guy take batting practice. 500 foot bombs every 3rd swing. Too bad he doesn't know how to adjust at the plate.

If I go down with Waino at home on the RL during the day against Milwaukee, so be it.

Exactly what I'm thinking, I see St. Louis having an offense breakout game tomorrow to support their ace.

They don't support their young lefties? That's counter-intuitive. The Aces don't need it, right?

SF NEEDS THIS GAME- now 1 game Behind the PHILS for the wildcard. St. Louis and the Reds coming up. This is a brutal road trip for SF.

You're betting against one of the hottest teams in baseball. Play the streaks. Not that stats.
