So do you think San Diego didn't have the edge on the bullpen AND the starter?

So that works more than 53% of the time?

They had the starter edge, but Bell worked last night so I don't know if I'd say their bullpen was in better shape for this particular game.

Like I said, SD lost because they couldn't plate anyone in scoring position -- a bugaboo for them all season. That's what makes games between these two so difficult to cap -- for as good as they are pitching wise, they're two of the more un-clutch teams in baseball.

When you back a team with a sub-par offense, you get what you pay for sometimes.

No, because Padres bullpen has been over used for the past week. Bell pitched for 4 straight days and he wasn't available for today game. Gregerson pitched for 3 times in past 4 days. So you know for sure Padres bullpen isn't going to be at full force before the start of the game. Without their great bullpen, Padres are nothing special. Giants were correct play of the day. You shouldn't be surprised at Padres bullpen giving up runs after they have been over used for past few days. Mainly on Bell and Gregerson.

San Diego was a square losing play. Time to move on peeps.

There was nothing lucky about Giants win today. Like I said before, Bell and Gregerson has been over used for past few days. You can't blame Gregerson for giving up runs when he has been pitching almost everyday and his arm has been falling off. Blame Padres manager for over using his bullpen just like most of you guys here like to blame Joe Torre for over using Broxton.

With that being said, though, SF's offense is every bit as weak. That's why, like I said, it was stupid to go anything more than very small on this game in the first place. And it's also why you're probably better off taking the 'dog in this series every time.

Stop being childish LB. Not like Giants offense is any better than San Diego's.

Lines don't matter as much on bases and that's why not everyone succeeds at it.

PAdres were the play here. Have a good night

The heavily wagered usually loses in these situations I have noticed.

now your gonna come and say, roch but latos owns the giants and they have extra fuel from dirty sanchez comments. my answer to you is so what. why did this line open so low if latos has this heavy dominance, and why is the line going in the favor of the giants.

my last spot play on the twins was a loser but i think my home dog cashes rather easily today

if your on the pads good luck, if your with me lets cash this bitch
