Latos is very very underrated. His numbers are equal to those of the best pitchers out there right now. Getting him at plus money/even against a struggling LA team is a great spot. On them large. BOL

I am guessing because they are at home. COOK for the most part is a favorite at home in most of his scheduled starts, but his record shows that was a losing bet if you tailed it.
