Heh? I get the better team, the better pitcher and the better bullpen for that price?
Something smells fishy.

What do you think now about the Giants being one of the better teams in the league?

Posey and Uribe weren't even in the lineup tonight and we banged out 7 runs... hammer San Fran tomorrow... hammer this line to hell.
This team is gonna run away with the National League this year. Just wait until Lincecum gets consistent again.

Giants are playing better, but your hyperbole is annoying to say the least. They're going to "run away with the NL"? Settle down, son. You act like a 12-year-old girl at a Taylor Swift concert when you mention them. They still need a lot more hitting to make a serious run at the pennant.
Does this line make any sense to you? Shouldn't SF be at least -125?

You are a very slow learner.
No the line doesn't make any sense, but get it through your head that a lot of times they don't and guess what...
IT DOESN'T MEAN A DAMN THING.

No offense dude, but you don't exactly instill a lot of confidence in backing the Giants. You aren't the most impartial observer in the world, Gil Renard.

If people cant see that I was saying this shit before they went 13-2 or whatever it is in the last 15, then you are simply blind and I can't help you.

You're right: Sandoval's kicking ass, and having two guys batting over .275 -- one being Aubrey Huff and the other a rookie -- in your lineup will definitely win the pennant.

the line is close because a) bumgarner is young and has given up some home runs b) people often bet against a team that has won first 2 games of a series
if arizona trots out the same lineup they did against jon niese.....this should be easy for giants

I gotta be honest with you dude...
You aren't the brightest bulb of the bunch and its not too hard to see.
"No offense".
Last year the Giants barely missed the playoffs. The middle of the lineup was Rowand, Renteria, Molina.
Now we have Torres hitting leadoff, Huff and Posey in the middle of the lineup. Freddy Sanchez and Sandoval will soon regain their form, and Burrell and Ishikawa are solid offensive contributors.
The pitching staff is better than it was last year.
Take off your blinders dude. Your little eye rolling emoticon is also extremely annoying, you have no business posting that to me.
Just last month you were trying to claim they aren't one of the better teams in even the NL. Right now they are tied for the 3rd best record in the league and you are still spewing nothing but ignorance.
Some people just never learn. I know this team like noone else and you claim me backing them doesnt instill confidence, well I couldnt give two shits.
Damn near every time I throw money on the Giants they win, I pick my spots very well.
Do whatever you want.
After they win again tomorrow night come roll your eyes at me again after I was right and you were wrong yet again.

Did I not start a thread saying I was going to take them on Saturday? If I'm "wrong yet again," that means the Giants will lose.
Jeezus, kid, settle down. I know for a fact you are a huge homer and I doubt you'd ever bet against this team, so again, you aren't the most impartial source in the world. You want me to take off my blinders?
Are you the kid in this picture?

BTW, why do you have two different screen names? And why do I continue to get into fights with split personalities on this board (CappinPicks/phillybadboy/etc. earlier today).
Something tells me I'm not dealing with the most stable people in the world.
Anyway, I'm playing the Giants despite the odd line. If it loses, I'm coming after you, Renard.

I'm gonna laugh so hard at this forum when Bochy is deciding if he wants to start Zito or Cain for game 2 of the World Series
I'm pretty sure he will go with Zito to sandwich the lefty in between the two hard throwing righties
Also who do you go with in game 4? Lincecum, Sanchez, or Bumgarner?
Tough decisions... I would go with Bumgarner then Lincecum in game 5.
I can see Sanchez walking a bunch of dudes in the playoffs... but ice water runs through Bumgarners veins.

Mushers can mush their own mush at times.
It's not like you're dealing with a Diesel-Lock-of-the-Century here.
Nonetheless, I'm taking SF 1st-five fairly large tonight.

Have you seen Nover's big plays this year for MLB? He might as well be Doc's mushing lovechild.
