Cubs seem to be a popular play Wed. afternoon
    Why?

Lilly is 0-2 with an 8.83 ERA in his last three starts and 0-3 with a 5.73 ERA in day starts. He's 2-4 at home and 3-8 overall.

You really want to back this guy -- regardless of how hot the Cubs' offense is right now?

Not to mention Myers has been pretty solid this season (5 ER in his last 21.2 IP), and he's already beaten the Cubs once.

I don't see the angle here.

The cubs always **** me no matter what. If I bet for them, I lose. If I bet against them, I lose.

I just can't win with a team like that.

          Yanks will be popular, too.

Vaz is 2-3 with a 5.73 ERA in day games.
Pineiro is 5-1 with a 2.76 ERA in day games.

Pineiro stinks on the road (3-4, 6.39), but he actually pitched a great game in the Bronx back in April and has been outstanding there throughout his entire career. Meanwhile, Vaz has given up 9 ER in 9 IP vs. LAA this year (0-2).

          Be careful with NYY here.

              I wouldn't touch this side.

Looks like the wind might actually be blowing in a little.

Myers has been solid. He should go deep into this game, as he has all season long.

We'll see where they set it tomorrow.

What in the hell was up with the line movement in the StL game today? If I'd been in action, that would've been my top play. A no brainer. Yet it went from -200 to -174?

Lilly's dominated Houston in his career, but hell, Myers hasn't lost to the Cubs since '05.

OK, I just saw Houston ranks 29th vs. lefties in BA and 30th in OPS.

Maybe the Cubs are the play....

Cubs needed 2 touchdowns, but managed a W.
