I am the definition of a rookie when it comes to baseball, so I will tell you what I was thinking when I bet the RL at -110.

Going into this series I had identified Chicago as the stronger team. They had just taken 3 of 4 from the Phillies, including roughing up Roy Halladay. I try to find teams who may be heating up with the talent to make a run, and the Cubs appear to fit that description. So I made a small bet on them yesterday and lost. Today I see a significant pitching advantage for Chicago and feel like they have the potential to put up big runs.

So perhaps my logic is all wrong, I am not very good at this yet. Maybe this is the definition of a sucker bet at HOU +1.5 should be a lock.
