    RLM game of the night
Everyone and their grandmother is assuming the Yankees are going to smash the Rays for Steinbrenner tonight. 83% of the public is on the NYY ML and 98% is on the NYY RL.

The Yankees opened at -170, but were quickly bumped to as high as -202 early this morning. Now, however, they're back down to -177.

Keep an eye on where this goes between now and gametime. I like the over personally, but there's obviously some heavy action from the sharps on the Rays to move the line back down 25 cents.

Also, to a lesser extent, Toronto is getting pounded by the public, yet Baltimore has gone from +149 to +143.

In addition, good public numbers are on Washington, but Florida has gone from +122 to +108. And the public likes Cincy a lot, but they've gone from -124 to -114.

Public's backing St. Louis, but they've gone from -140 to -127.

Good info man, but I don't think Rays will win tonight.

GG has this weird stat about stadium openings, pregame ceremonies, etc., and how the home team hardly every wins.

I'm not saying following lines is foolproof -- far from it, especially in baseball.

It is worth noting when you're capping, though. Especially late money, which will be coming up here soon.

Hard for late money to hit a clutch HR with 2 outs in the 9th inning on a 1-2 count.

Just my opinion about late money in baseball.

                    Absolutely.

Again, it's simply a reference point. My guess is more of these plays will hit than not tonight, though.

I'll probably stay away but if I'd play it I'd pick TB.

dont think you gonna see true rlm on nyy as that line just got to high but i seriously doubt it goes under what it opened at (ive been wrong about the shit before though)...honestly i think it a straight pass as im not sure how nyy reacts to the boss being dead, i dont even know how many guys give a shit (not trying to be a dick just saying) or maybe they are overly saddened at this point, fuk if i know and this shit hard enough w/o trying to figure out what a bunch of overpaid self centered athletes are thinking in this one......

                          Still like the over more.

I will be on Blue Jay regardless of line movement.
A shitty team that swept a better team normally come out flat in the first game of the series after. (I normally play the same with a team that get swept in their first game in the next series such as Texas last night)
Good luck if you are on Balty NO CO.

Still, pretty good night for the public, except me.

I wouldn't recommend regularly fading this kind of movement, though -- especially off an 0-5 night.

I bought out of my Phils bet.
