he came from the cardinals and pitched some last year and had some succes..i like him really there just isnt many openings in the a's starting rotation for him but i trust him

ic...yeah i figure beane always has a few solid young arms waiting around in AAA. MT, you ever make it to river cats games? i went to uc davis and basically every kid the a's draft ends up in sac for a bit on his way to oakland...i was lucky to see some great players while i lived up there...street, swisher, haren, blanton, suzuki...and of course dan johnson and dan meyer. haha.

sacramento is about an 1 and a half hours away from where i live so no i dont get up there to see them...i just go to oakland and watch the big boys but yes there has been some pretty good ballplayers that have played there...dan johnson and dan meyer excluded...they suck...
