I would lean toward the 'over' on this one. Chen is inconsistent, and I'm just waiting for Hernandez to return to form.

I really like the over, actually. Two starting pitchers that have been struggling in their last few starts each. Washington is one of the best teams in MLB at hitting left handed pitching. Kansas City is one of the bets teams in MLB at hitting right handed pitching, and who's offense is red hot right now. And two bad overused bullpens who will give up their fair share of runs if the starters don't.

If you look at overall numbers...sure, their numbers look decent. Washington's bullpen has pitched more innings than just about any other team so far and it is finally starting to catch up with them, they have been the one of the worst bullpens over the last month or so, and arguably the worst bullpen in all of baseball over the last week. You have to dig a little deeper than the surface.
