I usually will take some time of and re evaluate my capping when going thru a losing streak. If you cannot do this then maybe tail someone who you have confidence in. If you continue to lose then at least lower your bets to stop the bleeding. The best thing to do though is to take some time off.

When I am getting killed, I usually just play 1 or 2 middle lined run lines. Usually works and gets me out of a slump.

Like the Red Sox would have been a middle lined run line play....
