considering that a half point is worth roughly .20 cents one would be better off at O8 -115 than O8.5 +100
Not to mention most shops had the O8.5 at +105 - +110

simply just pointing out that he was not offering anything which was not being offered in the SBR book, in fact he would be benefiting greatly by getting the under at +100 when most shops had the under 8.5 at -120. Share some of the wealth
Not going crazy when SBR odds is already up and running on my screen and I am very familiar with the numbers and values in baseball so it only took about 5 seconds of my time to realize that this was a one sided offer.

Yes and they had the O8.5 at +110 and you were offering +100, I was just simply pointing out that you were giving yourself a great offer and anybody accepting the offer was getting shafted because the SBR sportsbook was offering O8 at -110 when you made your offer of O8.5 +100. Since a half point is worth .17 cents on a total of 8 the equivalent of O8 -110 that was currently being offered would have been O8.5 +107, therefore taking O8 -110 was a better price than what you were offering and would also have allowed for the possibility of a push on 8 instead of a loss.
I was just simply pointing out that there was a better/more valuable line being offered in the SBR sportsbook

Half point calculator is great for a quick reference when comparing lines between several books, it is very important to know what is a better price (ex. O7-130 or O7.5 -110). Over 7 would be the better price here because over 7.5 EV would be the equivalent to over 7 -130, so theoretically you are paying .10 cent more than you should be when taking O7.5 -110.
