One run wins aside, the Dodgers have got to many holes in their lineup to be a serious playoff contender.

They've got no power and very little average at 1B and 2B. Martin is proving that his first couple of years were flukes. They've got no bench (Garrett Anderson?. Reed Johnson?) George Sherrill looks like a biker but throws like my mother. They need a fifth starter and if any of the guys who are producing get hurt they've got no one to call up at AA or AAA.

I didn't mean to hijack your thread but my point is LA is a very deceiving team with their overall record and record in one run games.

Very true Bob. If they can stay healthy the rest of the year they can be dangerous. But if they keep playing like the way they have been they are going to get steamrolled the rest of June. They have an extremely tough schedule and are going to be excellent fade material.
