If you're going to take the redsox, I believe taking the runline at -120ish isn't a bad play. I think playing the moneyline at -190 is suspect... If the orioles fall apart early and give up 3-4 runs they will fall apart and lose by more than 2, but if they keep the game close than orioles could definately win.

Orioles ml at that price is worth a shot, and redsox -1.5 isn't a bad play either.
