I would lean towards FLA but think Under would be the play. I personally took them in a one-run finish wager so the side result isn't critical to me. Cheers

The under does look good but, I dont want to be on the wrong end of the bet when the Phillies bats start going again. Example: St Louis/Cubs game this past friday.
