Let's be honest, the Phillies look like a high school team at the plate right now.

So, should they fire Milt Thompson before things get out of hand? Before you know it they will be on a 10 game losing streak, and fall way behind in the division.

yeah its always great to make decisions on a whim or on the results of the last few games, that's how you build a successful franchise

Phils will be fine...how can you compare a 4 game stretch to the past 3 years when their offense has been a beast. Come on now

They will be fine, too many great hitters on that team for this to last too long.

yes and they have had bad hitting streaks in the last few yrs and this one is scaring me cuz they are getting shut out not producing no small ball but they are a good team who will bounce back imo

Maybe they should fire the conditioning coach too with Rollins pulling his calf muscle again.

When they do start to hit and all hitters start on the same night. Watch out!!! They will score 30 on someone.

everyone blames the hitting coach, players are the ones at the plate.

There's nothing wrong with the Phillies. Were they supposed to win all their games? Were they supposed to score tons in every game? They're human too.

It is funny how the whole team basically goes into a hitting slump simultaniously.

Yes, but unless someone correctly tells them to do this or do that to get out of the slump, they will continue sucking at the plate for a while.
