To be totally honest with you, one of my best capping skills is plain old "gut" feel. Romero was amazing in his last start against the potent Rangers... He was ahead of just about every batter and was very poised. He works quick too and that helps keep the defense on their toes. He has 4, thats right, 4 very nasty pitches. All of them have wicked movement!! Looking at the piss poor Seattle lineup (only Ichiro has a BA over .300) he should be able to control them imo. Vargas is no joke, but the powerful Jays lineup should be able to get to him for at least 4 or 5 runs and I think that should be plenty....

Sorry I dont have any solid facts or stats to back up my selection here, although Romero is 1-0 against the M's in two starts despite around a 5.00 ERA, but for the price and situation I love this highly competitive Jays squad to take this game with a combo of power and pitching.... Jays need to keep winning given their division as well and that should help motivate them as well... thats all I got brother.... gl.
