If St Louis and steroid head McGuire and ballet queen Tony LaRussa think their team is having hitting issues then just wait until Sunday when Bronson Arroyyo makes them look even more pathetic at the plate than tonight or during most of the season. If they get 4 hits that will be their World Series.

They already have four hits for the day/game. Guess that means, to you, they're going to the World Series.

In the sense of Momentum, that it would feel like they just won the world series. 6 hits for this team is an absolute positive accomplishment. Poor hitting and overall laziness of late is St Louis defined. Fade to continue on a daily/nightly basis while they are favored until they win 3 in a row, which will happen, then jump on them, they do this all the time year in, year out.
