Both Garland and Blanton gives up runs to the other team so the over 7.5 looks really intriguing, but with Garlands excellent home record the SD ML is imo the strongest bet. And at -130 I will take it right now, have a feeling that will land around -140 later on. Hope you have it for one of your plays later

I'm really trying to learn money management and I have a few questions about your money management technique. I read that you divide your bankroll by 3 and then bet 5% of that. So for example if I have a 1000 bankroll divided by 3 is 333 times 5% is about 16.50. So am I betting 16.50 on each game or betting to win 16.50 on each game? It appears that from your wagers you are betting to win 5%. I would think that betting only 5% would be a safer approach than betting to win 5% which would put more of your bankroll at risk. Let me know if I am looking at this the wrong way.

Also I see from one day to the next your "to win" value changes yesterday it was to win 100, today it is to win 125. (How does that correlate to the 5% and do I change my betting according to your win value?)

I am sure VG don't mind me answering, You always bet to win 5%. Reason imo, a -180 favorite wins more frequent then a -105 favorite and one should therefor risk more money on it. This is why VG is betting to win on dogs instead of risk, they win less times. That 5% is correlated to $100 in this thread, so for today the bet is 25% bigger meaning bet to win 6,25% (1.25*5). Hope this helps and that I understand VG betting
