interleague play should be terminated. it screws up the stats and with that dh/no dh nonsense doesn't help managers sleep. leave it in spring training. if fact only play interleague games in the spring. save rivalries for regular season. i should be commissioner. i would reinstate pete rose. yes he bet but never against his own team. that would be as low as you could go.

        Read.

The three-game series June 25-27 will be relocated from Toronto's Rogers Centre to Philadelphia's Citizens Bank Park because of security issues for the G20 Summit. World leaders will gather at a convention center near the Toronto ballpark.

Tried to get tickets but not availible yet - Since I assume this will not be part of the season ticket package all the tickets should be availible. Might finally be able to get good tix for a fri or Sat game

What a colossal screw-up on the part of MLB. You won't convince me there wasn't another alternative than giving Philly three additional home games. Jeez, play the series in Montreal, Buffalo or Syracuse.

You're under the impression Toronto management actually give a shit. They didn't. 9000 fans attending games, why make a fuss?

MLB will probably give the Jays some kind of compensation. Does kind of suck not getting to see Halladay return.

I'm planning a trip to see him play in the playoffs.

I'd rather see more Boston/New York Yankees games than inter-league games, or more Phili/Mets.

Its funny being treated as a Toronto home game though with Toronto batting last - not sure thats ever happened

Big left wing protests are usually dangerous. It's not like a peaceful TEA Party protest.

A couple of years ago the Astro's had a home game moved to Milwaukee due to a hurricane. They played the Cubs and Carlos Zambrano threw a no-hitter. Crowd was full of Cubs fans.
