    Brewers +125 PRE-SHIP PARTY ITT
Books set total @ 7-7.5. Even they know Milwaukee's pitching will be drastically better at Petco than it's been elsewhere.

This game is a coin flip at worst for Milwaukee, and that's assuming Padres are as good as people seem to think after just 3 weeks of play.

    BREWERS ++125

    OOH YEAAHHHHH....

    Check out Wade LeBlanc.

Thinks he's wearing his LeBigBoy pants. So far he's given up a deep fly out and he's lucksacked his way out of a 1st inning jam.

Keep it up, son. Let's see where this goes.

How is San Diego 13-8 when only 2 guys in their entire lineup can hit???

Davis played with the D-bags & knows these guys like the back of his hand. 4 Ks so far & Gonzalez/Headley a combined 0-4.

LeBlanc's pitching like the little train that could. Poor little choo choo's laying 7:5....

That's 2 errors on Counsell. Wow. I mean, could the lucky breaks be any more in favor of the ultra-weak home fave here?

Exactly. But Milwaukee's never been a "high-IQ" type team. That's why Sabathia never seemed like a good fit, imo.

Ah crap...looks like all the breaks are going San Diego's way. 3 runs in & counting...

                  Congrats, Padres backers...

Braun has all the talent in the world, but he seems to have mental lapses at the worst times.

They have decent hitters, but it is really their good pitching that is mainly responsible for their winning start, combined with the fact that they play in Petco park, a pitcher-friendly stadium.

So far their record, Straight Up, is much better at Petco than it is on the the road, which is just average.

                          Home: 7-2
                          Road: 6-6

Imagine how good the Brewers would be if Fielder actually hit. Braun is on base A LOT but Fielder is not hot yet.
