Morrow was just the worst trade of the offseason. 1/3 inning 4 walks, 1 hit and 3 er so far. absolutely pitiful. Why the Jays would trade Brandon League for this plug is beyond me

Yeah Brandon Morrow is a POS. Why I was on the under in this game is beyond me. Hopefully they'll turn it on now. Both had very easy 2nd innings.

I got the overs. I mentioned in another thread 2 rookies, veteran bats and wind 20 mph blowing out of right field. Bet over 9.5

Cashed with the over, hoping Toronto can break the tie and win the game too.

If the orioles wasn't sure why the Braves didn't try to sign Mike Gonzales they are about to get another dose as to why.

I wonder if the Jays will be able to keep up this firepower once the arms catch up to the bats this year. We're lookin pretty good so far, but I'm sure it's only a matter of time before the Jays fall from grace

What a shit team the Os are, they deserve to lose this one. Reminds me of one of my favourite movie quotes on baseball

I know right? The Orioles have a hard enough time winning games and then with a closer like that?? I am glad the Braves didn't offer that loser. He never has an easy save even when he converts. Now he has blown 2 already an has an era over 20.00. Who woild want that trash as a closer. Fukker wouldn't even work as a middle guy for me.

when I see guys like this sh*tting the bed (the Jays have had our fair share of donkeys) I wonder how these guys slip their way up the system. I mean like Morrow, walks 5 guys in the first inning. That should be unheard of when you think of the 1000s of guys in the farm system each year, 5 levels (rookie, short a, long a, aa, aaa) with 25 players perX30.

my bad, those are Mike Gonzalez's salaries per year. 10 for 17 last year. but in 2006 he was 24 for 24 and used to have good ERA's

Gonzales shit the bed... Nothing new for him in case some of you are not familiar with him. I am a Braves fan and watch the Braves because it is on local TV and he shit the bed there also. Bobby Cox put up with it and babied him I don't know what Baltimore is going to do. He is erractic is hell. Every now and again he will enter a ball game and blow people away and you will think he is the best closer in the game but todays results are more likely than the other.
