Why would I waste my money..
There is really no valid reason to fade phillies right now IMO..
If I want a greater odds I'd rather take the lottery..
FYI I was on phillies series, game1 ml, game2 rl and ml..

If you hit -1/2 in the game, they will refund half your wager but you wont lose it all but if you cover the full -1 then you will win the full bet, the advantage of this is that you get better odds. If I wasn't clear enough, Ill give you an example with a soccer game Total. lets say you were betting on Over 2/2.5(+100) for $20. In the game, the teams just end up scoring 2 goals in total, in this case, you will get half your wager which is $10 back, but if they would have scored 3 in total, then you would have got paid $40.

so it's basically the line is the second number but you only get half your wager back on a push instead of the whole thing? Or do you get $10 returned in addition to your $20 wager if their are 2 goals scored. Sorry I'm just a bit confused?

These type of bets are called Asian Handicap bets and they are common in soccer.
Yes, the line in the second number is the correct line and you get half your wager for a push, not $20+$10.
I just checked my 5dimes history for the wager I placed couple of days ago and it is graded as a Loss but I got half my wager returned.

It confused the shit out of me at first too, I took an over 2/2.5 play once for like 5x and they ended up scoring 2, I was relieved that I didn't lose it and I thought it was going to be a push but when i checked, only half my money was back

I have an easier way of view:
Split your initial wager into 2 parts. put one half on over2 and other half on over2.5 (also called 2.25 / Quarter Asian Handicaps)

example for 2/2.5 : 1 Goal: lose all, 2 Goals: lose half, push half, 3 Goals: win all
as for 2.5/3 (or 2.75) it would be 2 Goals: lose all, 3 Goals: win half, push half, 4 Goals: win all
