rl my friend. -165 is big, but ez money. surprised by the twins line. and i been off sox since last toronto series, but they own toronto and lester REALLY owns them. but that phils rl is the easiest play i've seen in weeks.

everyone should do it. the parity level is no where near the nfl's. so blowouts are common and the have's have much more than the havenots. typically defensively. the huge wins are always by top def turnover causing teams.

while its slow, has anyone here been able to build a bankroll playing poker? is it possible at nl or do you have to play limit? i play sng's cuz the mistakes aren't as costly. anyone beating the game pretty good?

You can make a profession out of poker if you have time and patience. Just be smart and learn your opponents. I personally don't like SnG's cuz I don't have a big enough roll to make them worth while. But if they make your hourly rate high enough then keep winning.

finally something i can comment on with advice, been playing poker professionally for about 5 years now, just recently getting into sportsbetting. For poker, you should have at least 50 buyins for NL cash, and for sngs at least 100 buyins. There is a great amount of variance in poker and you dont want to let the swings affect the way you play or your decisions. Start at low limits and gradually work your way up as your bankroll grows. However, on the other hand, online poker is starting to really dry up, as the fishpool has shrunk from what it used to be 3-4 years so its not the greatest time to get into it. There is still money to be made but Im afraid it will never be like what it used to be, which is the reason Im trying to get into sportsbetting now.

I also just saw you said you play don's which is not something I would recommend. This is the easiest form of poker to collude in and players in China have basically sweatshops where they are colluding in these games. Stars finally caught a good portion of them recently, but then they just constantly pop up with new screen names. It is very hard to maintain an Roi of anything about 1-2% in dons.

Your hourly is very dependent on what stakes you can beat, and how many tables you can handle to play.(and this # will grow as you improve, so its a constantly changing #) I can play 24 tables without a problem, but for most people starting that would seem impossible. Once you learn to mass table a good portion of your hourly will be in the form of fpps, and for me I make a higher % of my hourly from points than from profit now

edit: yes you can turn fpps into cash with the cash bonuses, roughly 62 points/dollar

24 fvckin tables at a time? WTF.I would play about 4 tables at a time and that is pretty hard. I played about 3/4 years ago and made some good coin off it too. Youre right though, it seems as if most of the fish have left and dont play anymore. The WSOP isint as popular as it used to be
