I think so but I'm personally not betting that match at all. You're dealing with a flaky player in Dent who didn't even win his last match; Blake merely lost it. And Zeballos is transitioning from clay to hard which isn't his best surface. If you're going to put money on it, the best advice I could give you is to just bet small.
