Ditto. I can't believe the way the past two weeks have gone for me. No matter what I do it's wrong. I honestly don't think I can see this chase thru. It's amazing to think that Balt has only 9 wins and I think I've lost close to a grand on half those between Boston and Minny. Last night I bet 5 games thinking I would maybe go 4-1,3-2 or at worst 2-3 but ended up 1-4. One loss was to a walk-off HR, another in extra innings...it goes on and on. Seeing Min go up 2-0 today gave me such a false sense of excitment that I might acutally recoupe some from this incredible losing streak. Honestly if I did not do this more for entertainment and/or trying to win a little extra pocket money I might be in real trouble right now. I guess I let too much emotion take over when these C bets come up because right now I'm sick to my stomach. Still reeling from betting ChiC and skipping LAD on Th. Had really high hopes on Min to win this early and avoid this stress. Good luck to anyone who has the faith and bankroll to see this thing thru but I'm at a breaking point with my wallet and sanity. Might just need to take a mini or prolonged break. Thank you again Rev, G and all the other posters who have contributed to this thread. Again I say GL to you.

Baker is going for the Twins tonight, he has had good success against the O's in the past in five starts 3-0 with a 2.93 ERA. Millwood takes the mound for the O's tonight looking for his first win of the season. Millwood is 0-3 but has really pitched good this season. Millwoods WHIP is 1.25, ERA 3.15, runs for 2.3 runs against 3.3 if the O's could have scored some runs in his games he could be 3-0.Comment -
I feel your pain man. I had to bail on Rev's system a few days ago as the risk/reward is just too much for me to handle with these huge favorites. You can get in the hole too quick. I mean now you got to lay 29+ units just to win 1.5? Unreal. If you go to C with Minny I would just try to get back half your loses on the series or go with the system G developed where you revert back to Minny as an A bet. I'm following his and it's a lot more conservative and much more stress free. I know where your coming from though it's hard to take a loss and walk away...but better to stop the bleeding now.
I'm on Minny tonight but very small...I've just got burned too many times with these huge underdogs. Anything can happen and Baltimore could sure as hell sweep the Twins today make no mistake about it so watch yourself. Live to play another game. Good luckComment -
Truth be told, the system isn't perfoming well at the moment but the biggest problem is the money management. There is absolutly no reason to put 29units to win 1.5 in any type of wagering.
Rev, you may want to switch to a labourchere or a slightly more aggressive modified labourchere.

WOW...Guys this is crazy! I just happened to be working today and the Twins line wasn't up in time for me to get on it...I'm really lucking out lately on these games I miss and they lose. Like with the Cubs, I missed the A bet so I only had two bets on them. Well yesterday I made a C bet on them at +110 and they KILLED it for me. I already went BIG on the Twins for the A bet and I'm up since yesterday even tho I lost a little over $700 on the Twins A bet choke. Might lay just a normal bet on them tonight for the C bet. These high favorites blowing it like this is just getting laughable.Comment -

Do you look at it like playing hold em? In poker you don't take into consideration how much you already have in the pot. It is not yours it is the pots. You play your hand on the hand you currently hold and figure out the pot odds to see if you want to call or not. Do you look at tonight as 29 units to win 1 or 17 units to win 10?
I guess 29 to win 1 since it is the series as a whole that gets the win or loss, but I don't know if that is flawed logic or not. It seems like if you would want to make the play for 17 units outside of the system (as a regular play).... then???
and 17 units is 3x my usual max play

I could honestly say about 25% of Cardinals losses are because Tony Larussa never has his best lineup in while the other team does. You pitch Wainwright (your ace) but then your 6-7-8-9 hitters manage a total of 11 Runs , 3 HRs, 9 rbis..
