LA also a system pick for me, they have finally started hitting the ball lets see if they can stretch it out over a few days now. guys you should not be worrying about the possibilities of "C" bets....they will happen....you should end up winning more than you lose on them. It does not get any easier....April was much to easy...

I agree. I think im gonna start fading the dodgers for a while. They always seem priced way to high. I'm not sure if its because the public is betting them?? But them always seem to open u around -200 every series and its not really worth it.

The Dodgers like the red sox are off to a slow start... proper money management is the key in these chase systems...if you look in my thread this week I am doing a step by step explanation of how I manage my chase money daily based on my system plays...but it works with this system too.

Ya i agree and ive read your break down, nice write up. But i still right now its more profitable to fade the dodgers in a chase series and getting very good + numbers. Especially since the dodgers have typically been losing the first game of their series then winning thereafter.

Last night I noticed LAD came down from -210 to -178 on Pinny. I jumped on that line way too early but it also indicated to me that we might be on the wrong side. I really never have tracked it that closely and wonder if it's a red flag. Today I see ChiC opening at -180 and the public is all over it but the line is down to -151. That scares me quite a bit. I already locked in my bet last night so I'm committed to it and the series I was just hoping to get some opinions on the subject. Thanks

The Cubs did not fit in my system so I really am not looking at that line. But I did notice it in the Dodger game yesterday. I think lakerboy uses rlm...but I am not sure. Obviously when using a system like this and trying to post picks...rlm would not be a consideration... Why? Because the people want tomorrows pick yesterday...if you know what I mean... Not everyone has access to place their bet a few minutes before the game.

One of the better examples of a time I took advantage of line movement... I do watch it if I have a possible wager involved. Was the SNF game with the Bears at Atlanta... ATL was favored by 2.5 and in the last 5 minutes at my book went to 4! I put a nice amount down about thirty seconds before the game on Atlanta and won. Atlanta won by seven...

I love when the line moves away from the side I am looking at. It gives me more value on my play. Especially in baseball, just because a line moves the opposite way I am playing doesn't mean that side will win. Anything can happen, a pitcher could have a bad game or could be lights out. If the line moves huge one way or another it could be a star player is sitting out though. So be sure to check the lineup.

GGPlayer, I have noticed the same RLM activity in baseball games, but have not been able to exploit it as of yet. NFL/CFB is a different story. I will continue to watch and track results based on RLM.
