I've been asked what is my leans vs plays. My leans are based on my eye/feel test. I watch about 75% of the baseball games on TV and feel I know the teams fairly well. That is my lean. I then study the numbers and angles I use most of the times waiting for lineups, and then make my final determination.

And if I find the old body can't withstand another night of 3hrs sleep and constantly refreshing the forum, thank you for your early leans! I missed your Dodgers play earlier thanks to beauty sleep and I'll tell you, from looking in the mirror a few minutes ago I can tell you it sure wasn't worth it.

I think the Red Sox are gonna suck this year. I also think the Twins are winning the world series. Definately like the Braves to bounce back after that awful showing last night. BOL

I hate the Red Sox, but IDK how you can say that. Their 1-2-3 in the rotation is as good as any, the defense is outstanding and the offense is underrated and well-rounded.

The Twins definitely have a great team, though. I agree w/ you there.

This reinforces a couple of leans on games I was already gonna play tomorrow.

Also, what do you think about Yankees/Angels under 10? I know you don't play totals, but I was leaning that way and just wanted your thoughts. Thanks again for everything you do, TB. Your class and intelligence are always appreciated.

Maybe not suck, but I don't think they will make the playoffs. Without Ortiz roiding their lineup is inadequate.

With Vazquez taking the start for the yanks I would find it hard to play an under in this matchup. Doesn't mean it won't happen though.

Not all the times. Depends if my research supports them. A lot of times I have to wait for lineups.

Folks I got three hours of sleep last night. I am planning on getting a good nights sleep, wake up in about 8 hours. Exhausted right now. I won't have any plays before 10am ET.

Bloody tell me about it!! I was Skyping with a friend in the UK last night at 3:30am for us (morning for those of you in the Northern Hemisphere) and he absolutely could not believe that I was up betting at that time. Even worse that I was waiting to hear someone's picks on an online forum before I'd make my own.

To me it seemed a quite reasonable thing to be doing though, no? Hitting refresh on my laptop every 10 seconds, setting my alarm for 7am so I could be awake just in case TB had any new plays. I did end up missing the Angels though which was a bit upsetting after all my late-night ninja dedication, but tonight: I will miss NONE.

Now I just have to continue to have faith in my own picks and play those at the same unit level as those I tail TB on as I've been dropping down my units and sometimes, but not always mind you, kicking myself about it after.

I did this religiously when LakerBoy would post his plays 2 or 3 minutes before tipoff. F5 F5 F5 F5 F5 F5!!!!!!! haahah... With TB I'm happy the plays are usually posted a few hours before gametime which of course makes it more convenient for all!! I think tonight I"ll put some good movies on
