i would stay away from padres. Mets have won 7 of last 8 and are scoring alot of runs. Peavy is 1-5 vs NL east teams this year. Watch out for your payback pick, nationals have won Bacsik's 7out 8 starts and they are 22-15 on game 3 series compare to houston's 12-24.my bet of the day would be arizona -212 and Webb at home. You can also take this one at -1 -153 . i think it's worth it. i like your K-C pick, Bannister is a stud.

the houston is a payback for the williams bacsik matchup from 7/16 were bacsik won 4-3. Williams has improved and been pitching damn good 1.05 whip 1.80 ERA. Not so much a payback for the past couple nights.

Peavy was shut down vs hernandez and company 7-0 on 7/17. I wouldn't even consider the game if it was not for this but peavy also has been pitching very well with a .97 whip and 1.37 ERA also SD kept it close last night scoring 6 runs. I feel if they can score this many again peavy will hold it down for the W.

The few things that concern me in these games above is

I Like both lawrence and bacsik feel they are both strong pitchers, and of course the pens.

SD did alot more than keep it close , Hells Bells blew the save , SD gave it away , it was their game . Like the Cards game , same thing . Like the Rockies mon night , same thing . Like every game where the bullpen gives it up in the 8th and 9th innings IS PART OF THE GAME . AC you are eveywhere on here Dog . You rollin aint ya . Slow down dog !!!!!!!!

Gotta agree with onlooker in gabbard in Game 1 , wouldnt be surprised if that 2nd game went over , depending on how my other plays go, may go over that game. NYY looking good at 105, wonder if any1 else is backing them. Yanks have been playing good in getting back in the race of things , hard to see them getting sweep, and it's not as if Pettite has been pitching poorly!
