Anyone considering the Nats at +198 tonight against Lincecum? Someone talk me into it.

#4SF .241 vs. lefties. Maybe too much hoopla for Bonds. I'll probably play this if I win a wager or two earlier in the night.Comment -

#5Nats for me. Giants offense not much outside of Steroid Boy, and Washington bullpen infinitely better. Only concern is Nats travel factor, but this price makes up for that IMO.Comment -

#8NATS have been on fire as well. But its been at HOME, vs CIN and STL. In each of those series, the visitors threw 1 legit ACE in Wainwright, and the just barely beat STL yesterday.
SF has been on the West coast all week, and the HR chase is over. I really think that SF plays this homestand very well, and it starts with a big one tonight.
Is this the first time for WAS on ESPN national TV?
GL on whichever play you make tonight.Comment -

If a "Red Alert Play" is your maximum bet, why not just call the play:
"my maximum bet" play?
Code names are so old school, like "Get Smart"Comment -

#15Perfectly fine with me, you can call it anything you want, but it sounds like something a geeky teenager would say.
Personally, I like to fade any red alert or lock play that is posted.
I like to call it the "Red Alert Fade"
A "Red Alert Fade" is my maximum play against a post that starts with the words "lock" or "red alert play"
knock yourself out.Comment -

#16You know I have always wondered why people use code names for a lot of things... I coached with two different staffs and one used terms easy to understand and the other used code names for words easy to understand... What the hell for I always asked..? Twins Left & Twins Right are 2 recievers to the left or right and Trips Left & Right is of course 3 recievers... but the other staff would use "Eagle & Falcon" for Twins Left & Twins Right... This one is even worse.. position coaches that coached the DB's used "INK" for the "In Technique" and "Oink" for the "outside technique".. They actually wondered why the kids got confused.. WTF.? Not to mention it makes no sense to use them but they were old school for sure and have old school programming no question there...Comment -

#30Why oh why did I break one of my rules and take a home team on the RL. I NEVER do that, for obvious reasons. Oh well, ended up 4-1 on the day and made $60 wooo hooo. I'm not betting on the San Fran fags any more. And, as always no offense to all the fags in the forum.Comment
