Matt Morris as a Home Dog - Don't Miss It!
I've been betting Morris all season. Yes, ya heard! SF is 5-1 in his games and he's 3-0 at home with 2 wins coming as a dog. This game for me is a beauty to get a good dog price on Morris. Maine goes for NY and everyone's on his jock as well they should be at 5-0 with a microscopic ERA. Morris however is 6-3 lifetime vs. NYM with a 3.33 ERA.

See 'em at +135 right now. It's kinda like playin' with dynamite soaked in gasoline ... sure it's probably gonna blow up in my face - but the fumes get me high enough not to care! GL if you get on board!

I hope it stays hot in the city, because I think both lineups match up well against these arms.

I don't know about this one EP, I'm definitely going to wait to see the lineups and movement. Yes betting on Morris this year has been a wise thing to do. He has the capability to be very effective when he is on, and his effectiveness and bad outings tends to come in bunches, because he has a tendency toward fatigue and arm-weariness, so his overall stats don't reflect how good he can be when he's good and how bad he can be when he's bad. Right now, he's good of course, but so is Maine. Morris is 3-0 at home, 2 as a dog? Well by the same logic, Maine is 4-0 on the road, 2 of them as a fave.

Even if SF does go into the late innings with a lead, it will still be Benitez/Hennessey time at that point. I know they've been good this year, but still. The Mets can hit, and if they don't get to the starter, they love to get a crack at the pen. How many times have they broken away late for a win this year? I don't know offhand, and I'm not going to look it up, but I know I've been the beneficiary of that a few times so far this year.

I think Bonds will play today, but if he doesn't that's a major hit to the SF lineup. I think I'll probably be taking the Mets today, depending on the movement and lineups.

I can't dispute that theres some value with Morris today. My projected line on this game shouldn't have been more than maybe -130. I think the lineup cards are a must see before pulling the trigger on this game IMO.

SF is up over +140, Bonds is playing. I like SF a good amount now, I took them myself.

I can't believe how chalky it's been lately. I haven't see chalk cash at this rate in a hell of a long time.
