Has anyone heard anything definitive about Posada/Molina, Swisher/Gardner/Hinske?

Edit to add: Did I just hear right, that Hairston is playing? Girardi is such a ****ing clown.

    Hairston is playing.

Girardi is in full blown panic mode after 1 game.

Girardi completely butchered the lineup. Time to unload on Phillies!

      Jeter SS
      Damon LF
      Tex 1B
      ARod 3B
      Matsui DH
      Hairston LF
      Cabrera CF
      Molina C

The bad decision to play Molina was mostly expected, but putting in Hairston is as unexpected as it is assinine. If you insist on benching Swisher, why not Hinske or Gardner???

Girardi's reasoning is apparantely Hairston's career stats against Pedro. What a moron.

Since the lineup has been announced, the line movement has now switched direction and is starting to fall. It's amazing how bad most ML managers are. They literally know very little about baseball! How can you just give some meathead who knows nothing about statistics this kind of job?

I had the game as -205 with Posada and Swisher in the lineup. With this lineup, I have it as -168!

I am gonna bet on the Phillies.

Yanks with AJ for 6 Jaba 1 and 2 from Mo get it done over Pedro and the Phils pen regardless of lineups.

Good point about 2 from Mo. I can't really simulate that, and it's pretty big. Of course, I have Phil Hughes as being a solid setup man anyway, and that might not be the reality right now

Girardi using the logic that Hairston is 10 for 27 career vs Pedro. LOL. Girardi is such a fool using meaningless, ridiculously small sample size to make his decisions.

                Hairston is a dead-out.
                Molina is a dead-out.
                Melky is a dead-out.

Good luck to those on the Yankees -200, LOL.. Fools.

Hughes looked scared last night. He is not ready for this stage. Neither are a bunch of these younger Yankees that haven't been here yet.

The Phils are going to cruise to win tonight.

Let's not go crazy. Phils are still clear underdogs. They're just not as big of underdogs as the line would indicate.
