    Twins @ Tigers Game 2
Anyone else riding the Twins? I had them game one and will lay a little bit on them tonight at +151.

They've shown they can hit Verlander twice this season already, and with the way they won this afternoon they have all the momentum. Detroit had too many chances that they couldn't convert on, I feel they have cold bats right now.

    GO TWINKIES!

The Tigers will have a tougher time tonight. Their chances in G1 are situationally much better than in G2. Verlander is very hittable these days.

Twins and Reds are 2 dogs worth considering tonight.

I will bet whoever loses game 1, in game 2. And that is the Tigers tonight.

      Have them at -1.5 (+105)

This is always worked well for me. Good teams don't get swept in a double header, and the Tigers are a good team.

My opinion on the game is this. It seems Minn has a slight edge over Detroit here. A couple points to be made is:

        1) Verlander's last three starts have been kind of iffy. With the exception of last start where he gave up 2 runs to cleveland, he gave up 5 runs to both Toronto and Min. Min and Clev were both on the road and he is much better at home than on the road.

        2) Verlanders career numbers against Min are 4-6 with a 4.26 era out of 13 starts. I don't feel comfortable with a record like that. He has an 0-2 record against Min this year out of three starts.

        3) Meanwhile Duesing has 3 career outings against Det. 1 start, 1 win no losses with 14.2 ip and a whopping 0.61 ERA against Detroit. He has been hot lately with last three games going 3-0 (incuding against det) and only giving up 3 runs in his last start to Chicago.

        4) Since being converted to a starter Duesing hasn't lost a game posting a 5-0 record with a 2.06 era.

My money is on Minnesota tonight (5 units) Good luck

i like the value on the Twins today also at +155 now. watched game 1 at work, haha (no action) and think they'll be able to pull off the sweep. hoping for another pitcher's duel and parlaying the under also (8).

tons of value on the twins tonight folks. Tough to get a sweep in a double header, but I got a feeling about those Twins tonight. Book it! Also playing Brewers @+144

****ing Rodney has to give up a ninth inning run. Had DET at -1.5, parlayed with Philly at - 1.5. ****
