Mr. Crumbs MLB Leans for Friday 8/7/09
Okay here's the skinny. Gotta get the plays to work for me today and not the other way around, you undersmell me! I will make a small write up for them if they become official plays.

Angels-135 So much chalk, it'll make you cough
D-Backs-110 They are streaking, Pirates are in the way
Milwaukee/Houston under 9.5 Stros ain't hittin, Norris allows few hits
Tampa+120 It's just the right play. Crumbs Play of the Day
Twins+100 Fading Galarraga until he gets it together .

    Series bets

    Florida+145
Florida+130 JM PLAY ALSO (The RL was -180...Hell no)
    Florida-1.5+180 RRL

After I had a few drinks last night I ended up playing these games anyway at these numbers. I played my WNBA this way:

    Lynx-1.5 HEAVY
    Shock+160 Moneyline
    Liberty+4

Yes. They will destroy the Sox in this series. I like the last game the best with Sabathia going. I'll be making that wager way later on Friday night

          CK, what's up,

take a look at Seattle tomorrow.. Looking like my Strongest play for tomorrow.

The other King OWNS the Rays.. Worth every bit of -130.. mariners should put up a couple runs..

I'm actually liking Niemann in that matchup against Felix. I see he is 4-1 on streak vs the Rays, but Niemann is undefeated against the Mariners, even though it is only 1-0. I've got to go with the guy with a higher winning % against the opposition. There's also a bit of RLM on it already as the line started off at Seattle -150, and it's down to -133 on average and a low of -127. The consensus is only off by 45 either way. I think that the Rays will be the play in Game 1 of that series.

Longoria, Pena, Crawford, Bartlett, Upton, and Zobrist are 8-69 (.115) off Felix since 04'

              Just something to think about..

With the line dropping, must think Niemann is going to throw a gem..

                Might be an easy under..

                  CK,
Do you not like Boston and the crumbs tomorrow? Beckett is pitching and he has an outstanding record againt the Yanks. Also what do you think about the Florida/Phillies series tomorrow?

Nice card today....alot of plays I like! First big play for me....KC (-127) over Oakland! Mazzaro is garbage...well over .300 ba allowed and a 2-8 record! Bannister is a no-name pitching in KC but the kid is pretty good! He won his last 2 starts and a 2.58 ERA over his last 7! 1st rounder Alex Gordon is back for the Royals and 5-9 w/a Dinger in their last 2 games! I don't usually RL w/the home team because laying 1.5 runs and 27 outs to 24 isn't too bright normally! 2 other home teams look like easy winners tonite!

CWS RL (Fading Sowers...ChiSox are .287/.827 OPS vs lefties) Buerhle has been off since his perfecto...I think Over 9 is a easy winner too!

Jays RL (Scrub pitcher going for the O's and they don't hit lefties well! Adam Jones (.705 OPS) and Markakis (.693) struggle vs lefties while both are over .900 OPS vs righties!

Ck likes the Twins...I do too although you would think they might be a bigger dog? Swarzak for Minn is 2-0 on the road w/a 2.22 ERA...only .186 ba allowed!

                    KC +155 RL booked it!

Good to see somebody else around here likes KC. I had a full card, so I laid off of them tonight, but it's the right call though.

                      cs

Florida/Phillies, the nod goes to Florida in that one. Blanton owns them (3-0) and Hamels doesn't (1-4) and Moyer is slowing down enogh for the Marlins to hit him now (3-2 last 5) Now if the Phils bring up Pedro, there's a wild card. No one knows what to expect.. I know that tonight is a JM play on Florida, but they have looked downright bad coming in. That's why you play them for the series and for the first game anyway! This is the ugly side of baseball. I mean after all Florida has a winning recordin Philly over the last 10 games there (6-4)

                        Let's do the math:

                        Niemann = Felix
                        Rays > Mariners

                        Therefore,

                        Niemann + Rays > Felix + Mariners

                        Free pick: Rays RRL +170

No the exact opposite. The media is having a field day with Florida being swept by the Nats. What better way than to defy the perception of Florida being a weak team than to take them against Goliath. Didn't that same theory just work against them with Washington? Start taking Florida tonight and keep taking them until you get the second win in this series

So much cheese! Thank you Brian Matusz or whatever his name is from the O's! I made a lot of money on that one game. I'm gonna take him again the next time he pitches because it will probably be against a lineup that isn't as tough! Everything is rolling along smoothly after that month and ahlf when bullpens were tearing up my tickets at an alarming rate. I had two bad bullpen mishaps recently that purged tickets, but for the most part, it's much more easy to stomach one very once in a while compared to two a night like I was having happen. I still have a few of the lightning marks on my shoulders

wow finally someone else who sees what i see in this series, dead on with that statement homes, WE WILL SURPRISE cause we can not afford to f this series up, we pretty much need a SWEEEP which can be done, i think ricky tosses a gem tonight because he knows that as long as he's out there he can eliminate all of the horrific events that could arise if the bullpen is called on.

LETS GO FISH and i was gonna nail em for the series too, still wiaiting on bodog to post odds yet though, gl dude lets hit it

Florida is in a great position to be a surprise, and that is how you want them. They always win when they aren't expected to! Kind of like my Wahoos but a better version..

I like the Rays pick too...

But Niemann is not = to Felix..

Felix Hernandez is a beast and is better than Niemann for sure.

CK, why have the Cubs went from +117 to +135 .. my pick looks doomed..

                                                  Injuries? Lineup? Or just $?

where have you been…. Don’t kid your self here about Seattle scoring 2 runs and the games being over for Tampa. I would take it that you don’t watch many of there games or catch up the highlights of Tampa games much; but here lately Tampa has been know for come backs and pulled off some pretty big upsets lately. Don’t hold me to the exact number here but I think that they have an 82-7 record when trialing in the 7th by two or more runs. I live here in Tampa so I catch all games. I heard this on the Boston series game by there sports announcer. Where did he get his facts from….. I’m not sure are they true………..more then likely…..just don’t recall the exact number here……..so by all means don’t eat your popcorn to earlier or sleep on em’
