                                                            Average line value for each game = -150 (assuming the average line value was -150)

                                                            Odds of losing a single game = 100/250 = 40%

                                                            Odds of losing games 3 in a row = (.4) raised to 3 or (.4 * .4* .4 +) = 6%


                                                            So 6% of all games on average would result in a series loss.

                                                            Does this seem to fit the long term results what Spank has written here??

                                                                            Spank's record speaks for itself. The math you show here does seem about right for a 3 game chase. A 94% win rate or 2 C bet losses over 1 season or ( 2 C bet losses per year playing approx 30-33 chase's )

                                                                                It's just an estimation, trying to see if the math adds up. Generally speaking, this supports Spanks results.

                                                                                Important to make sure we are not bucking up against a - EV that is difficult to see at first glance. Also, I made some assumptions just to make the math less rigorous
