Wasn't going to play them myself. The line wasn't up so I was going to lay off. I checked the lines again before I left home and it was up so I made the play. Really thought the Sox would score some runs off of a rookie but should have known better with Penny throwing. Oh well... Angels are looking good but it's still early and still have 3 games left on the card.

Hopefully the Angels will hold the lead and the next 3 plays come through.

Would love to give you an opinion but I'm useless on team totals as well as over/under. Straight ML's for me with an occassional RL or two.

If I had to pick I would take the Pale Hose. Contreras has pitched well in his last six posting an ERA a little over 2. However, last time he faced the O's he got lit up. Guthrie was also lit up last time he pitched against the Sox. Career wise both pitchers have ERA's over 5 when facing each team. Small lean on the ChiSox due to the O's struggle on the road. The public is on the Sox but with a line close to
-140 it's a no play for me.

I was expecting the pitching performance from Lackey but there is no way I was expecting Bailey to take a perfect game into the 7th inning

I really though that Bailey was due for a poor outing considering how ridiculous his numbers have been lately. A wins a win though

ME TOO!!!! I tripled up on the Angels compared to my other picks because I thought that was my most solid one... I got lucky on Texas as well but I will take it...

Did you start looking at anything today yet?

I am trying to eliminate games first, and have eliminated the White Sox/TB game and Philly/Cubs game... I really like Philly, but Lilly has been pitching lights out and Phillies lineup has only hit around .230 against him. Phillies starter is a major wild card along with Cubs getting back 2 injured starters.

Thats the only 2 I have worked on so far...

As of right now I'm leaning on the Angels, Twins, Reds, Marlins and Rockies. Still filtering down though. If I play the Reds it will be small. Just feel like I should take a shot at a pitcher that hasn't pitched in the show for two years and has an ERA over 4 in triple A. Have to do some running around but will post my plays later on.

That twins game was ridiculous, I went to bed when it was 12-2 woke up and i saw on the bottom line that cuddyer was thrown out at home to tie the game I was shocked. oh well like the post above lets get it back today!!!

Not upset over the Reds at all. Took a shot and lost but went to bed last night with the score 12-5 Twins and just woke up to find out that they lost

A game like this was bound to happen sooner or later. I lucked out more than a few times over the last few weeks and the gambling gods decided to return the favor. Shaking it off and moving on. Looking at games now.

Will aslo be making a play on game 2 of the Angels/Royals but will make the play shortly before the games starts. I'm going to wait and see how game 1 unfolds. If the Angels lose I will double up. If they win, the amount of the play is going to depend on how Ponson does. I'm hoping for a short outing and the Angels to get into the bullpen early.
