Top Play which is about 75% more then I regularly bet

Red Sox/Angels Over 8.5 (-110).....both teams are averaging 6 runs/game. Coming into tonite the Red Sox are on a 7-1-1 Over streak. On the other side...the Angels seem to be setup to beat on lefties with Trout, Upton, Pujols, Kinsler, and Cozart. I don't consider Rodriguez or Tropeano to be anything special.

Small parlay with the Pirates (+101)......I think Taillon has a chance to be one of the top 3-4 pitchers in the NL! Pirates are 7-2 on the road as well. Arrieta is still fairly good but the Pirates added Dickerson and Moran to the lineup and they've really raked.

Really looking to see what happens w/Freeman in the Mets/Braves game at 7:30? He was originally in the lineup. Matt Harvey doesn't have it anymore...plain and simple. Last 2 starts = 10 ip, 8 er (7.20 era) with 17 hits (3 hrs). Braves Over 4 (-125) big time if Freeman plays.....and may play it anyway? If he's officially out then the line may move down as well? We'll now in 30 minutes or less

Boston/LA Angels Over 8.5 (+100) or Over 7.5 (-135).....sitting tight on that one for a bit. See what happens w/my Pirates action and the possible play on the Braves.

Numbers still scream Over to me. Angels are setup to beat on lefties (5.8 runs per game and 5-3 Over at home). Boston is now on a 8-1-1 Over streak and this Tropeano guy is just a journeyman. I'm sure Boston will play some 3-2 games at some point soon but these pitchers are nothing special so I don't see it happening tonite.

If you have 5D then take a good look at this one in the minors AAA. I did my homework!

Adding:

Colorado Springs (-145) over New Orleans........the kid for CS Freddy Peralta has a 1.13 era and has won all 3 starts. CS is 6th (6th of 16 teams) in hitting (.285) in the PCL and 4th in team era. NO is only 15th in hitting (.218) and is pitching a lefty named Adam Conley. Conley has a horrible 19.64 era with 20 hits, 16 er, and 8 walks in only 7 ip. That is God-awful!! CS is already 5-1 vs NO this year. These are the kind of numbers that would be like -260 in MLB (like Verlander in Chicago tonite). Great value here imo!!!

Blue Jays Over 1.5 runs 5 innings (-130).....I have enough on this damn game already but this looks too good to pass up! Sonny Gray has been pretty bad so far and 1 run in 5ip = 1.80era. If he cruises along then I'll take the loss but I don't see it. Gray had a 3.90 era at Yankee Stadium last year and 4.27 at night. He's been worse this year plus Tor scores 6 runs a game. I'll take a 2 run HR in the first or 2nd inning

Miami/Milwaukee (5dime props) Totals Runs+Hits+Errors Over 27(-130).....I crunched some numbers and this makes more sense then betting Over 9. Both Urena and Suter are very hittable and the Brewers are the worst fielding team in MLB so an error or 2 might help out!

This way you could win the bet with a normal line like this:

Miami 3 runs, 7 hits, 1 error
Brewers 6 runs, 10 hits, 1 error

Sometimes April-May are the best times to bet baseball because these teams have to ride with these starters that they've committed to for a while. The Mets are pulling Harvey I guess, but most teams give them atleast 8 starts or so because they're already paying them!

These 2 plays....straight up and a parlay. Going against a couple of rules here, but I feel like the pitching matchups are extremely lopsided. Skoglund is trash....the Royals have dropped both of his starts by 8-3 and 11-3 scores. Liriano still has pretty good stuff on the other side and Detroit is putting up some runs. My normal rule is that I don't play Run LInes on home teams because you're giving them 27 outs to 24, but KC is so bad that I'll try it here. Its a small play and with a parlay.

My main play is Milwaukee -181. Normally don't pay lines this high but this lefty for Miami has been horrible. 10.1 ip with 11 er, 2 hrs, and 12 walks. Junior Guerra on the other hand has been sparkling in 2 starts. Milw's bullpen is really really good too....they fell behind yesterday but their pen shut the door and allowed them to come back against Miami's bad pen.

I'm barely sleeping now....seeing the ball really well. Have to take a nap because we're going downtown to see the Pacers go up 3-1 on LeBron!!! Go Pacers!!!!
