First post, been reading the forums and finally decided to register and give my 2 cents. Got off to a slow start in baseball because I didn't see the fact that they have a new steroid that can't be detected or juiced the balls up a little. Whatever the case runs are being scored left and right from time to time and this is what I've been looking to take advantage of. Guys like Zito are back on something, don't know what but he throws 7 mph faster this year, this with the fact that lackey should start to get his life together against a bad offense like the giants has me taking the under tonight.

Things to look for..
It's clear that guys like big papi and giambi are off the juice.. They've made they're money and will cruise into retirement with below average numbers.. But when you see guys reappering (andrew jones , Adam kenedy) with nothing to lose you can bet they are on something.. The key to beating baseball is knowing who's on something and who's given it up..gagne gave it up and he disappeared.. Peavy stopped last year and obviously got back on before getting "hurt". Lackey is a definate candidate for being off the drugs.. His stuff never looked natural, he's made his $ and now he looks like Zito last year. Only way this game tonight goes over is if lackey implodes.

Interesting theory on the PEDs. I've been keeping an eye as well on some of these 'anxiety' disorders as well as trying to find more info on players that have tested out to have ADD the past 2-3 years. If what you're saying is true, it's time the players union stepped in and stopped it since I think they're gambling with the game if there's another widespread doping scandal in the sport. I'm a little worried about the giants making this game go over but if the books have Zito a dog they must know lackey should throw well tonight. Zito should throw 6-7 strong innings.. The angels will be shocked when they see the new Zito.. Last year he was throwing 83, this year close to 90. If lackey has an average game the under should easily make us $.

Pavano is another guy to keep an eye on. Could be a cash cow over the next few weeks.. If he is taking the right "cocktail" with the indians bats heating up. One thing is for sure, pavano will either be great or horrible. He's what I like to call a runline guy.

I have one play today.. Under in the angels game.. I'm just telling you guys pavano is not on steroids.. When he signed his deal with the Yankees he was..
