But with the line at 10.5 and the under being EV in some cases, wouldn't under have been the play if your model shows 9.9??

.6 not enough variance for me, especially in meaningless game where sloppy play can lead to unearned runs. So naturally it is a 1-0 game.

Meh, not enough. I get Houston 72% (-257). 18 point variance loses significance once odds get that high.
