Another thing I been talking about in various threads is I think team a little down after the front office whiffed at the trade deadline, doing nothing would have actually been better than acquiring liriano to use in the pen as he has cost them 2 games already this week!!

They have such a huge lead in their division you can't really expect a sense of urgency out of them so little slippage during the dog days nothing to overrract to. Most important for them at this point is getting their guys back healthy and playing good ball in sept so they can enter the playoffs w some momentum..
